    ARTISTS & CRAFTERS SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN!

    We are excited to be planning now for WinterFest 2023! Last year, the event was very successful for our vendors and there was great attendance. This year, we promise all vendors will be on the street between Memorial and Westover (none in the side alleys). 


    The vendor fee is $75, nonrefundable. If you are approved, you will be sent a link to pay the fee. Because there is a limited number of booth spaces available (approximately 44), applications and images will be approved as they come in until we have a full slate, so the earlier you apply (and pay the fee once approved) the more time you will have to prepare your items.

    TERMS

     

    • All Vendors must agree their product or service is 80% handmade by them and of good quality. We reserve the right to reject any craft or art not in keeping with Grandin Village standards.

     

    • Vendors need to be prepared to take payments via data, cash or other methods.

     

    • Deadline for application: Nov 1st.

     

    • Vendors must bring own table(s), tent and/or booth - maximum 10 x 10 set-up.

     

    • As this is an evening event, you must provide your own lighting and UL approved-for-outdoor-use heavy extension cords and power strips.

     

    • WAIVER:  In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Grandin Village Holiday WinterFest, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees and those of my group/association, I and my group/association do hereby release and forever discharge the Grandin Village Business Association and their respective officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, volunteers and affiliates, and all those persons involved in organizing and staffing this event, from all claims, demands, losses damages, actions, causes of actions or suits of whatsoever kind or nature, arising from my participation in WinterFest.

     

    • I grant to the Grandin Village Business Association and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, of me and/or my group, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium, and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release the Grandin Village Business Association and their legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

     

    • I agree to the above terms by submission of the form below.

      • Send 3-4 images of your craft or art HERE with the subject line: “My craft images for WinterFest.” Be sure to include your name and craft in the email and on each image.

  • HOW TO GET TO GRANDIN VILLAGE

    FROM DOWNTOWN ROANOKE:
    Follow Campbell Ave W, left on 13th Street SW, cross Memorial Bridge to Memorial Ave. 

    FROM SALEM:
    Follow Rt. 11 South (Apperson/Brandon), take a left on Grandin Rd, follow to Grandin Village.

    FROM I-81:
    Take exit 143 - 581/220 S to Roanoke, Colonial Ave, veer right onto Colonial Ave, left on Brandon Ave, then right on Grandin Rd.

    FROM 581/220:
    Take Colonial Ave exit, veer right onto Colonial Ave, left on Brandon Ave, right on Grandin Rd.
