We need volunteers who love fun, music and helping their community!

As we prepare for our annual WinterFest Street Festival on Dec. 2, we are reaching out for volunteers to help make the event a success. We are looking for about 16 volunteers for 2 hour shifts to pour beer & wine, verify ID’s, sell beer tickets, and to help set up and take down the event.

By volunteering you will be furthering our mission to raise awareness of our vibrant neighborhood community. Events like WinterFest and Chillage help finance beautification projects the GVBA provides for, such as our show-stopping hanging flower baskets, seasonal banners and colorful holiday garlands and lights.

As a bonus, each volunteer will receive a goodie bag of coupons from Village merchants and restaurants who appreciate you generously making a time commitment to our community!

The schedule for the day

  • Volunteers need to be here 15 minutes before your allotted time for brief instructions.
